The Excellent Cheesecake is currently serving the San Francisco Bay Area. We bake our cheesecakes by hand in our private, certified kitchen in Castro Valley, California. Our cheesecakes are made to order. Pickup is in Castro Valley.

At this time, we do not. Cheesecakes are made to order and baked fresh within an appropriate window of time according to the agreed upon order date. But stay tuned for a pop-up, possibly in your area!

Our 4 inch Mini is larger than a slice but as a personal size, you may not want to share
Our 7 inch serves approx. 8 slices
Our 9 inch serves approx. 16 slices
Your cheesecake will stay FRESH up to seven days in the refrigerator. Consider freezing your cheesecake if you wish to keep it longer. Some people prefer this!
For now, The Excellent Cheesecake only makes cheesecakes to order. We do not keep premade inventory on hand. We are still a growing business and our current volume does not allow for us to make one mini at a time. A batch makes about 10. Hopefully as demand increases this restriction will be removed and customers will be able to buy cheesecakes in any increment.
However! When people order larger sizes, this always produces extra minis, so any given day there could be one or two minis around for purchase. Call or text 510-764-8894 to check.
